Highlights of the PWG Bridal Show
We stopped by the Perfect Wedding Guide Bridal show last weekend to say hello to some old friends, and in the process we made a few new friends. Some of the show highlights for us included the booths of Blue Window Creative, Alexander and Company, Evergreen Events and Dutch Flowers. Check them out!

Going green with Spaces KC
Blue Bouquet worked with Spaces Kansas City to throw a green party for the March 2008 issue. It gave us an opportunity to gather our thoughts on environmentally friendly approaches to floral design and we’d like to share some of those thoughts with you.

Freezing for Spaces KC
We did another photoshoot for Spaces KC on Thursday - providing 3 arrangements that will be featured in March. As always, it was great fun, but it was a really cold day.

Blue Bouquet at the Bridal Spectacular
17 bouquets, 22 upholstered panels, 49 Iron Pipes, 126 adjustable fittings and one fantastic crew. Blue Bouquet made a big splash at the January 08 KC Weddings Bridal Spectacular. If you weren’t there to see it you were missing out. Make sure you catch us next time around.

The cover of Spaces… with our wreath
Our wreath of hydrangea, snowberry, carnations and chandelier crystals made a great cover for the Holiday issue of Spaces Kansas City, and afterwards we auctioned it off at DIFFA’s Holidays by Design.

Blue Bouquet in Honduras
We traveled to La Ceiba, Honduras over Christmas for a destination wedding. Because of the abundance of flowers growing in Honduras, we were able to pull together an entire wedding out of tropical material we cut ourselves. We had a fabulous time and met many wonderful people while there.

KC Home Design Photoshoot
In August 07, we spent a day putting together arrangements for a KC Home Design Photoshoot. The location was charming and the photographer, Alistair Tutton, was a joy to work for. At the end of the day, we had a great time and had some great photos for the magazine.

Our first photoshoot for KC Weddings
Last year KC Weddings asked us to provide some photoshoot bouquets for the very first time. We gave them a lot to choose from and they were certainly pleased! In fact, they published 7 of those bouquets in the Fall/Winter 2007 edition
